Rotary fixture with low runout, clamp screwbits . prevents heat accumulation and tip microcracks during laser decoating. 
Interchangeable positioning sleeves accommodate screwdriver bits of various specifications (PH/Torx, different overall lengths and shank lengths) for quick model changeover. The machine is equipped with a fume purifier to prevent dust adhesion on workpieces and avoid compromised cleaning results. 
The cleaning machine supports automatic part counting to record production quantity and facilitate batch output statistics.
